    Solvent-free, odorless, colourless, low viscosity 2-component epoxy resin for priming.

    Use of reactive resin:
    weber.prim 807 (Eurolan FK 28) is suitable for priming epoxy resin-based layers and coatings, made of weber.tec 793 or weber.tec 827 S. Resin should be used on concrete surfaces, plaster and wood and chipboard.

    Application of soil based on epoxy resin:

    1. Preparation of the substrate:
      The substrate should be dry (can be slightly moist), load-bearing, clean, grippable, without oils and fats. Smooth surfaces, baked, polished or coated with cement milk are not suitable for coating unless they have been previously matted by e.g. sandblasting, milling, etc. Tar or bituminous coatings should be removed.
    2. Product preparation:
      weber.prim 807 is delivered in 2-component containers. The components are mixed at the bottom of the container using a drill set to slow speed and equipped with a mixing tip. After mixing, the mass should be homogeneous, without visible streaks. The mixing time is 2 minutes. The mixed mass is transferred to another vessel, where it should be mixed again for 1 minute. In this way, you can be sure that the mixing is correct.
    3. Executive guidelines:
      weber.prim 807 is applied with a brush or roller until saturated. If the substrate is very absorbent, a second layer should be made. The gap between applying two layers should be chosen so that the finished layer still sticks when the second layer is applied to it. The idea is to get the right grip between these layers. So, depending on the substrate, the amount of coatings, temperature and air circulation, this break can be from 2 to 10 hours. If this time cannot be respected, the fresh layer of weber.prim 807 should be sprinkled with dried quartz sand into resins. After drying, the excess sand layer should be removed before further processing. Clean the tools with weber.sys 992. The processing time depends on the ambient temperature and the capacity of the vessel, for 1 kg of material at +20°C is about 30 minutes. For larger containers and higher temperatures, this time is reduced.
    4. Conditions during application and binding:
      The ambient and object temperatures must be at least +10°C. At the same time, the ground temperature must be at least 3°C above the dew point. During curing under critical conditions (low temperatures, high humidity) whitish clouding may occur. Under no circumstances does this affect the quality of priming. In the case of damp building elements, the not yet unhardened coatings must not be exposed to intense sunlight. The idea is that under the influence of water vapor pressure, blisters can form. If the water is bound prematurely by the coating (before complete hardening), streaks may form on the surface. These streaks can only be partially removed by washing the surface with dilute hydrochloric acid. It is recommended not to apply weber. prim 807 in the rain or when we expect rainfall.
    5. Consumption:
      Consumption depends on the absorbency of the substrate and on average is 250- 500 g/m2 /layer.
