The most important features of acrylic plaster:

  • Resistant to adverse weather ingress
  • High resistance to mechanical damage
  • Additionally protected against algal and fungal lichen
  • Wide color palette
  • Possible machine spray

Application of PERMURO AVANT acrylic plaster:

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE: The substrate must be supportive (without cracks and cracks), degreased, even and dry and free from stains and eruptions of biological and chemical origin. In case of algal and/or fungal lichen, the substrate should be cleaned mechanically and then washed off with water and de-ed with ALGIZID. Wash and de-de-de-stain old and/or soiled substrates with water with CLEANFORCE. Any loose, non-substrate layers (e.g. uncoated plasters or exfoliated coatings) must be removed. In a situation where the unevenness of the substrate is significant (from 5 to 15 mm), the wall should be pre-aligned with compensatory mortar, and then the entire surface is scheduling with adhesive-putty mortar KOMBI. With smaller bumps (up to 5 mm), the substrate can be immediately aligned and smoothed with KOMBI adhesive-filler mortar. Absorbent substrates should be primed with BUDOGRUNT ZG before applying compensatory and/or putty mortars. When applying acrylic plastering mass to newly made mineral substrates (e.g. concrete, cement and cement-lime plaster), keep min. 4-week seasoning period. Before applying the plastering mass in the THERM RENO KABE system, the backing layers of the system must be made according to the technology of the complex thermal insulation system of the external walls of ETICS buildings. Acrylic plastering mass can be applied to the primed surface only after the reinforced layer has completely dried, which normally occurs after about 3-4 days. PRIMING: The substrate should be primed with PERMURO GT (GB/GK) before applying plastering. The seasoning period applied to the substrate of the preparation before applying the plaster is about 24 hours. In order to limit the possibility of piercing the color of the substrate through the texture of the plaster expedition (especially when using plaster with a scratched or mixed texture), it is recommended to use a primer colored under the color of plaster.

PREPARATION OF PLASTERING MASS: The packaging contains a product ready for use. After a long storage period and immediately before use, the mass should be thoroughly mixed (with a free-turn drill/mixer with a cage agitator) until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Further mixing is not advisable as it may lead to excessive aeration of the mass. In justified cases, the plastering mass can be diluted with a small amount of drinking water (adding a maximum of 0.25 liters per 25 kg of plaster). In determining the amount of water, account shall be taken of the type of substrate, the drying conditions and the application technique.

APPLICATION: Apply the plastering mass to the substrate with a thin, even layer on the grain thickness, using a stainless steel tro trom. Then, with a plastic trouch, remove the texture of the plaster, blurring the applied mass with circular movements (full invoice).

DRYING :Drying time applied to the plastering medium (at +20°C and relative humidity 55%) approximately 6 hours. Complete curing of the plastering expedition occurs after about 48 hours. Note: Low temperature and high humidity extend the drying period up to a few days. Protect the newly applied plastering mass from precipitation and moisture condensation until the expedition is completely cured.

EXECUTIVE GUIDELINES: The end result of a plastering expedition may be influenced by the type of substrate. Therefore, in the presence of a heterogeneous substrate, it is recommended to pre-sooth its entire surface with kombi adhesive-filler mortar. In order to avoid colour differences, it is necessary to make a surface constituting a separate architectural whole in one working cycle with material from the same production batch, wet to wet. Immediately after completion of the work of the tool should be washed with water. When applying and drying plastering mass, rainless weather should occur with air temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Avoid working on directly sunny surfaces and in strong winds. In order to protect the unsaken plastering expedition from the harmful effects of weather ingress, it is recommended to use suitable protective nets on scaffolds.
