Application of model plaster WEBER:
- Preparation of the substrate:
The substrate should be stable, load-bearing, dry, free from adhesion-reducing impurities. The surface should be even and smooth. Prime the substrate with liquid weber. prim compact. In the weber.therm DECOR insulation system, the weber.pas modelino plastering substrate is a reinforced layer made of weber KS123 adhesive and putty mortar and weber PH913 reinforcement mesh primed with weber PG225 primer. The reinforced layer should tie well and dry (about 3 days). Its thickness should not be less than 3 mm. The optimum thickness of the reinforced layer is 3 mm – 5 mm. If there are bumps, traces of the trouch should be smoothed with sandpaper. Repaint the entire surface abundantly with a coloured primer imitating weber PG225 at least 24 hours before applying the plastering mass. Priming is recommended with a brush. After the priming fluid has fully dried, on the entire plastering surface, glue the templates with a drawing of weberdeko brick made of impregnated cardboard.

- Product preparation
Decorative plastering weber.pas modelino D is supplied in ready-to-use form, it should only be thoroughly mixed using an electric agitator. If the consistency of the plaster is too dense (longer storage, high temperatures, etc.), the product can be diluted with a small amount of clean water – usually not more than 165 ml per bucket of 25 kg
- Executive guidelines:
Stir the plaster with a slow-speed electric agitator. Imitation façade board: plaster is applied in two layers, the first layer with stainless steel trove to a thickness of about 1.0 mm, smoothly. After the initial binding (4-6 hours) grind the marks on the trom. Apply the second layer to a thickness of about 1.0 mm - apply to the surface, which can be worked for about 15-20 minutes. In fresh plaster, make a drawing of the hedges with a special tool, moving them on the surface, while changing the position of the stamp top - bottom. After the initial binding with a sharp tool (e.g. flat screwdriver) make a drawing of the joints between the boards from the sampler. After the plaster has been completely bonded (approx. 12 hours), sand the surface by unifying the drawing of the grains and removing the larger burrs. Paint the prepared surface with acrylic weber.ton azure once or twice, with or without a sponge, depending on the expected end result.
Consumption of plastering expedition on level ground (depending on the method of application): 2.0 – 2.8 kg/m²
