I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.These terms and conditions apply to the rules of use of the online www.dombud.eu hereinafter referred to as the Store. The store was created on the basis of the legal regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of Poland.

2.The owner of the online store, operating at the www.dombud.eu is the company Building Materials Warehouse DOMBUD S.C. with its registered office in Siemianowice Śląsky (41-100), ul. Katowice 8a, TAX ID: 6431668510, Regon:278276070

3.The Regulations define the rights and obligations of users as well as the rights and obligations of the Seller as the operator and operator of the Store.

4.The Regulations apply to all Users, including Consumers.

5.The User at the moment of registration is obliged to familiarize himself with the content of the regulations and may take further steps after prior consent and acceptance of all its provisions.

6.The Regulations are made available to the Customer free of charge through the www.dombud.eu Website, in a form that allows the acquisition, reproduction and fixation of the Regulations by means of an IT system used by the Store Customer.

7.When registering an Account in the Store, the Customer is obliged to familiarize himself with the Regulations and by accepting and complying with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions may make purchases under the conditions set out in the Regulations.


II DEFINITIONS

1. User – a natural person, consumer, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality using the services of the Store.
2. The consumer - in accordance with Article 22 (1) of the Civil Code - a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to his business or professional activity.
3. Customer – a natural person, a legal person and an organizational unit without legal personality, the law of which confers legal capacity, purchasing products through the Online Store, by e-mail, by phone, by letter, fax, through the order form
4. Administrator - the entity providing the www.dombud.eu to the Users of the Store.
5. User Account – after registration and logging in, the User has the opportunity to place an order issued products.

6. Working days – these are days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays;
7. Account – the part of the Online Store allocated to the Customer, through which the Customer can perform certain activities within the Online Store;
8. Terms and Conditions – this document;
9. Registration – a one-time act consisting in creating an Account by the Customer, made using the registration form provided by the Seller on the website of the Online Store;
10.Online Store ( Shop) – a website through which the Customer can in particular place Orders;
11.Sprzedawca - Adam Warkocz and Edyta Warkocz-Cookewska conducting business under the company Building Materials Warehouse DOMBUD S.C. in Siemianowice Śląski entered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity conducted by the Minister of Economy, Tax ID: 6431668510, REGON: 278276070.
12.Towar – products presented in the Online Store, the description of which is available for each of the presented products;
13.Sales Agreement – contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer;
14.Services – services provided by the Seller to Clients by electronic means within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013 item 1422 as amended);
15.Consumer Rights Act – Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014, No827);
16.Act on the provision of electronic services – Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 1422, as amended);
17.Order – a statement of the Customer's will, aimed directly at concluding the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of Goods


III TECHNICAL TERMS OF SERVICE


1. The object of the store's activity is the retail and wholesale of building and finishing materials through an online store.
2.The product catalogue shall constitute an invitation to conclude a contract.
3.In order to use the services of the store, it is necessary for the browser to have JavaScript enabled.
4.In order to use the Online Store, it is necessary for the Customer to have an active e-mail account.
5.When using the Store in the Customer's IT system, small cookies are installed for the proper functioning of certain functions of the Store, if the browser used by the Customer allows it.
6.The Store never sends requests to send the Customer's password by e-mail.


IV REGISTRATION IN THE WWW.DOMBUD.EU OF SUBMISSION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACT

1. The store sells goods via the Internet, at the address www.dombud.eu.

2. The Customer may place orders in the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via the www.dombud.euwebsite, by e-mail: dombud@dombud.eu and by telephone on 32 220 37 74 at From 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday and Saturday from 8:00 to 13:00 (excluding public holidays)

3.Orders are processed on working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays from 8:00 to 16:00.

4. The store sells in the territory of Polish.

5.Do ordered goods, the store issues a receipt and, at the customer's request, a VAT invoice.

6.Product information presented on the Store's websites does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code; constitute an invitation to enter into a sales contract.

7.An order in the online store can be placed using the function of adding the product to the shopping cart and then through the "Proceed to order fulfillment" button.

8.By to complete the order procedure correctly, you will need to create a user account so that you can also see the status of your order.
9.The basic condition for the execution of the purchases made is the correct completion of the contact details together with the correct, existing e-mail address and telephone number at which the order can be confirmed. Orders that cannot be confirmed within 3 business days will not be processed.
10.After entering the registration data, the Customer confirms that he/she has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions
11.By ticking the appropriate boxes or entering his data in the relevant fields, the user makes a statement of the following content:
-I agree to the processing of my personal data by the controller, provided in the registration form and order forms, for the purpose of proper performance of the contract;
-I voluntarily proceeded to use the services of the store;
-I have read the Terms and Conditions and accept all its provisions;
-the data contained in the form is true;
12.The Store does not share the personal data provided when registering with third parties, unless at the request of the authorized authorities of the State, for the purposes of their proceedings.
13.The Customer is responsible for the security and proper use of the Password, which he should keep confidential. In the event of circumstances indicating the suspicion that the Customer's Password is in the possession of an unauthorized person, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify the Seller of this fact.
14.After registration, the Customer may at any time log in to the Customer's Account and make changes to the data provided by him.
15.If you are viewing the contents of the Store and placing an order by e-mail or telephone, registration is not mandatory.
16.The Registered User has the possibility to:
-order the product by selecting the Shopping Cart tab;
-recommend to a friend;
17.Comments may not be made:
- unlawful content, abusive or defamatory information containing threats or obscene or obscene content; providing false or misleading information;
- infringe the rights of third parties; spreading spam;
18.The User may not copy, modify or distribute the content, photos of logos without the prior consent of the authorized person.
19. The Customer, after completing the Order on the Website and determining the method of payment and the method of delivery, sends the Order to the Store. Before sending the Order, the Customer is obliged to log in to the Customer Account. Each time before placing an Order, the price of the selected Goods and the cost of delivery are given.
20. After placing the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming the receipt of the Order to the Store, confirming all relevant elements.
21. On the basis of the order confirmation received, the Store checks the availability of the Goods.
22. In case of positive verification of the availability of the Goods, the Customer receives information about the acceptance of the Order for execution, constituting the acceptance of the offer. At the same time, a contract for the sale of the Goods is concluded.
23. If the Customer selects a payment method "transfer", the execution of the Order takes place after the transfer to the Seller's bank account has been credited.
24. The above confirmations and information are sent to the Customer's e-mail address provided at the time of registration.
25.If, after placing the Order, it is found that the ordered Goods are not available in whole or in part, the Customer will be immediately informed by e-mail to the e-mail address provided or by telephone, together with the expected waiting period for the availability of the Goods. In such a situation, the Customer may maintain the Order, despite the longer waiting time, cancel the Order or limit the Order to the part of the Goods that is available.

26.The Store also carries out the sale of goods on individual order of the Buyer.

27.In the case of the sale of goods on an individual order, the product is individually adapted to the needs of the ordering party and, consequently, the right of withdrawal in these cases is not vested.

28.Do products on individual order include:

-plasters, lead paints and interior paints created according to the recipe and customer's order.

-polystyrene ordered according to individual characteristics (except available for continuous sale) with a certain type, thickness, etc.

-door joinery

-other goods ordered strictly under the individual order of the customer

29.The orders referred to above are not subject to the right of withdrawal in accordance with the applicable regulations.

30.The above sentence does not relieve the Seller of any liability for sold products under warranty.

31. In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ C 133, 11.12.2016, p. 1). EU L 119 of 04.05.2016) informs that:

-The administrator of your personal data is the Composition of Building Materials DOMBUD S.C. ul. Katowice 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląski
-Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling your order - pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit.b of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
-The recipients of your personal data will be entities involved in the execution of the order
-Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 years
-You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to data portability
-You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
-Providing personal data is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data may result in refusal of execution of the order


V DELIVERY

1. Depending on the selected product, the Store allows delivery of the product to the buyer or personal collection by the Buyer.

2.If the Buyer chooses to deliver the product - the cost and form of delivery are presented individually each time the Buyer has placed an order by e-mail or telephone.

3.The Buyer, if the Seller accepts the proposed delivery terms and conditions, receives confirmation that the order has been accepted for execution.

4.The ordered product is sent to the address provided on the order form.
5.Na time of receipt of the shipment by the User consists of the time of completing the order and the delivery time.
6.The delivery time depends on the method of collection or delivery of the goods chosen by the User. In any case, the contract should be performed within a maximum of thirty days after the User has made a declaration of intent to conclude the contract.
7.When receiving the shipment, check in the presence of the courier or postman whether the package, packaging and contents are intact and in accordance with the order. The courier or postman is obliged to wait, allowing a quiet check of the shipment. If damage has occurred or deficiencies have been observed, the injury report shall be entered in the file. The corresponding form has a courier or postman.

8.In case of irregularities, the customer should write down the damage report and immediately contact the Seller by phone: 32 220 37 74 or to the e-mail address: dombud@dombud.eu.

9.If the Buyer chooses to receive a personal product, the contract is concluded at the time the Store sends the confirmation of acceptance of the order from the Buyer for execution.

10.The delivery rules are given in detail in the delivery rules.


VI PAYMENT METHODS

1.Payment may be made as follows:

-Bank transfer to account – BANK PEKAO S.A 49 1240 4227 1111 0000 4847 3129

-payment on delivery

-cash on delivery

-credit card and e-transfer transactions carried out via Dotpay.pl

2.All prices are expressed in Polish zlotys, are gross prices and include VAT.

3.The costs of delivery of the goods to the Buyer are given separately, and their calculation takes place after the buyer has placed the order. The determination of delivery costs is possible only after the order has been sent by the Buyer, since the calculation of delivery costs depends on many factors, in particular the quantity of the ordered goods or its weight.

4.After the calculations, the order is confirmed with the Buyer and the delivery costs are presented to him. If the proposed terms and conditions are accepted by the Store and accepted by the Buyer, the contract is concluded and the Store proceeds to execute the order under the conditions specified by the order.

5.Do receipt or VAT invoice is issued for each Order.


VII RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


1
. The consumer, pursuant to Article 27 of the Law on the Rights of the Consumer who has concluded a distance contract, may withdraw from it without giving any reason and without incurring costs, with the exception of the costs referred to in Article 33, 34 and 35 of the Consumer Rights Act by making a declaration in writing within fourteen days from the date of service of the subject matter of the contract. In order to comply with that time limit, it is sufficient to send a statement before its expiry. The declaration can be sent by e-mail to: dombud@dombud.eu or by letter to the following address: Composition of Building Materials "DOMBUD" s.c ul. Katowice 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląski

2. Together with the statement referred to in section 1, the Customer is also asked to send information about the current account number to which the refund must be made.

3.The Seller confirms to the Consumer immediately after receiving the declaration of withdrawal from the contract its receipt. Such confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided at the Order or indicated as a contact on the submitted declaration of withdrawal from the contract.

4.In the event of withdrawal from the Agreement, the Agreement shall be deemed not to have been concluded.

5.The Consumer is obliged to return the product or products immediately, no later than 14 days from the date on which he withdrew from the Agreement.

6.The Consumer shall return the subject matter or objects of the Agreement from which he has waived at his own risk and expense.

7.The Consumer is responsible for reducing the value of the product or products covered by the Agreement, following the use of the product or products in a way that goes beyond the usual management of the product, in order to determine the characteristics, functionality and nature of the product.

8.The Seller shall immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from the Agreement by the Consumer, refund to the Consumer all payments made by him, including the cost of delivery of the product, provided that:

- The Seller makes a refund of the payment using the same method of payment used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to another method of return, which does not entail any costs for him;

- if the Consumer chooses a method of delivery of the product other than the cheapest usual method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for the additional costs incurred by him;

- The consumer is responsible for the reduction in the value of the product resulting from its use in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality referred to in paragraph 7 above;

9. The Consumer, in case of withdrawal from the distance contract for services started with the consumer's consent before the expiry of the withdrawal period, is obliged to pay for the services fulfilled until the withdrawal from the Agreement.

10. The amount of the payment shall be calculated in proportion to the scope of the performance provided, taking into account the price or remuneration agreed in the Agreement. If the price or remuneration is excessive, the calculation of that amount shall be based on the market value of the performance provided.

11.The Seller may withhold the refund of the payment received from the Consumer until the goods are received back or proof of its return is provided by the Consumer, which is the earlier.

12.The Consumer, in accordance with Article 39 of the Consumer Rights Act, does not have the right to withdraw from the Agreement in, inter alia, in the cases of:

a)for the provision of services, if the entrepreneur has performed the service in full with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the start of the service that, after fulfilling the
provided by the entrepreneur will lose the right to withdraw from the Contract

(b)in which the object of the supply is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured to the consumer's specifications or to meet his individual needs;

(c)in which the subject matter of the service is an item which is rapidly deteriorating or has a short shelf life;

(d)in which the object of the supply is an item delivered in a sealed package which cannot be returned after opening for health reasons or for reasons of
hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;

(e)in which the subject matter of the service is goods which, after delivery by their nature, are inseparably linked to other things;

(f)in which sound or visual recordings or computer programs supplied in a sealed package are the subject of the supply, if the packaging has been opened
after delivery;

(g)concluded by public auction;

13. In accordance with point 12(b), the right of withdrawal shall not apply in the case of contracts for:

-plasters, lead paints and interior paints created according to the recipe and customer's order.

-polystyrene ordered according to individual characteristics (except available for continuous sale) with a certain type, thickness, etc.

-door carpenal

-other goods ordered strictly under the individual order of the customer

14.The above rules do not relieve the Seller of any liability for sold products under warranty.



VIII. COMPLAINTS-WARRANTY


1.The Seller shall be liable to the Customer, including the Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code, for warranty for defects under the conditions set out in Article 556 – 576 of the Civil Code.
2.Complaints arising from the violation of the Customer's rights guaranteed by law, or under these Regulations, should be addressed to the following address: Composition of Building Materials DOMBUD S.C. ul. Katowice 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląski or at the address dombud@dombud.eu
3.In order to process the complaint, the Customer should send or deliver the advertised Goods, if possible accompanied by proof of purchase. The goods must be delivered or sent to the address indicated in point 2 above.
4.The Seller undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days.
5.In case of deficiencies in the complaint, the Seller will call on the Customer to complete it to the extent necessary immediately, but no later than within 7 days from the date of receipt of the request by the Customer. The Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the shipping costs.


IX. COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES


1.The Customer may make complaints to the Seller in connection with the functioning of the Store and the use of the Services. Complaints can be submitted in writing to the following address: Composition of Building Materials DOMBUD S.C. ul. Katowice 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląskie or at the e-mail address dombud@dombud.eu or using the contact form.
2.In the complaint, the Customer should provide his name, address for correspondence, type and description of the problem.
3.The Seller undertakes to consider each complaint within 14 days, and if this is not possible, to inform the Customer during this period when the complaint will be considered. In case of deficiencies in the complaint, the Seller will call on the Customer to complete it to the extent necessary within 7 days from the date of receipt of the request by the Customer.


X WARRANTY

1. Goods sold through the online store are not covered by the Seller's warranty. The Seller is responsible for the non-conformity of the goods with the contract on the basis of the warranty specified in section VIII Complaints- Rekojmia

2. Goods sold by the Seller may be covered by a warranty provided by the relevant manufacturer or distributor. The content and terms of the warranty will be specified in the warranty document issued by the manufacturer and attached to the product sold


XI.PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY POLICY


1.The data controller is the owner of the store, which operates in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (i.e. unit 1). Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926 as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended). The database of the www.dombud.eu was created solely for the purpose of enabling Users to place Orders.
2.The Administrator is entitled to disclose personal data only to entities authorized under the relevant legal provisions, in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and applicable laws.
3.The Administrator undertakes to store data securely.
4.Personal data and information contained in the order form will be used by the Administrator to conclude, change, terminate the contract with the User and ensure the highest quality of the services provided for this purpose the Administrator processes the following data: name, streets, house number, premises number, postcode, city, telephone number (to facilitate delivery), e-mail address, TAX ID (for the purpose of issuing a VAT invoice in case of purchases made by the entrepreneur).
5.The User provides his/her personal data needed for registration voluntarily, as they are necessary for registration and purchase in the online store.
6.The User has the right to access and modify his/her personal data at any time, as well as to request their deletion from the database. In order to exercise these rights, the User may contact the Store by sending an e-mail to email:dombud@dombud.eu, by letter: ul. Katowice 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląski.
7.If the Administrator has doubts as to the truthfulness or timeliness of the registration data provided by the User, he/she shall be entitled to do the following:
- to call on the User to immediately delete false data or update the data,
- immediately block the performance of the service until the matter is clarified.
8.The website administrator undertakes to apply technical and organizational measures ensuring data protection in particular by protecting the data from being made available by unauthorized persons.


XII COPYRIGHT


1.The Seller is entitled only to the property and personal copyright of all materials, patterns, forms, logos and other content contained on the Website of the Online Store.
2.The use of materials posted on the Website is permitted only for the purpose of cooperation with the Seller and only for the Customer's own use. Copying, transmitting and making available for payment or free of charge to third parties content on the websites of the Online Store is prohibited.
3.With regard to data and any other materials made available to the Customer or the Internet User on the Website, it is not permissible for the Customer or the Internet User to conduct competitive activities with the Seller.




XIII INFORMATION OF THE CONTROLLER OF PERSONAL DATA DRAWN UP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13(1) AND (2) OF THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR)

Following the entry into force and necessity of applying Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals withregard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and on the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as"the Regulation") Composition of Building Materials Dombud S.C.(hereinafter also referred toas the "OnlineShop") which owns the Internet domain www.dombud.eu provides the following information regarding the rules for the processing of your personal data.


  1. The administrator of your personal data is Edyta Warkocz-Cookewska; contact details – phone number: +48 501 411 647, e-mail address: edyta@dombud.eu.

  1. The Data Protection Officer appointed by Edyta Warkocz-Cookewska can be contacted by writing to the postal address Katowicka 8a 41-100 Siemianowice Śląskie,preferably with the note: "Inspector of Personal Data" or e-mail address – edyta@dombud.eu.

  1. The online store processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  1. to conclude, amend, terminate the contract with the User and ensure the highest quality of the services provided

  2. transfer your personal data to ING Bank Śląski S.A. ("Bank")in connection with:

  • provision by the Bank to the Online Store of a service to provide online payment infrastructure (legal basis:
    Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

  • bank's handling and settlement of payments made by customers of the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments
    (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f)) Regulation).

  • in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of payers in connection with their complaints (legal basis:
    Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

  1. transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. o.o. in connection with the possibility of proposing payment for the purchased goods or services by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. under the order agreement covering the purchase formula "Buy with Twisto" and making available this purchasing formula through the Online Store, as well as the purpose of verification by Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o. of the proper performance of such contracts order (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation).

  1. In addition to the purposes indicated in paragraph 3 (primary purpose), the Online Store may process your personal data for other legally permissible purposes (secondary purpose) when the primary and secondary purposes are closely related. As part of such processing, the Online Store, acting pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation, provides for the processing of personal data also for secondary purposes.

  1. The processing of your personal data for the purposes specified in paragraph 4 will be carried out in connection with the existence of a legitimate interest pursued by the Online Store.

  1. In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes set out in paragraphs 3 and 4, your personal data may be shared by the Online Store with other recipients or categories of recipients of personal data, which may be:

  1. ING Bank Śląski S.A.

  2. Twisto Polska sp. z o.o.

  1. Your personal data will be processed for the period justified for the purposes indicated in paragraph 3, i.e.:

  1. Facilitate delivery of ordered products

  2. to issue an invoice/bill

  1. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

  1. the right of access to the content of your personal data,

  2. the right to rectify them when they are incompatible with the actual situation,

  3. the right to erasure or restriction of data processing,

  4. the right to object to the processing of personal data,

  5. right to data portability.

  1. If your personal data is processed on the basis of consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of data before the withdrawal of consent or the legal basis for such processing.

  1. The supervisory authority for the Online Store in the field of personal data is the Composition of Building Materials Dombud S.C. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  1. In the event that your personal data is provided for the purpose of entering into a contract with the Online Store, the provision of personal data by you is a condition for the conclusion of this Agreement. Providing personal data in this situation is voluntary, however, the consequence of not providing these data will be the inability to conclude a contract with the Online Store.

In the event that your personal data is provided for the purpose of transferring your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. before the conclusion of the contract of sale of the goods (or services) purchased in the Online Store, the transfer of such data is a condition of concluding a sales contract in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store.

If you transfer your personal data to the Bank in connection with the handling and settlement of payments made by you to the Online Store via the Internet using payment instruments, providing the data is required in order to process the payment and provide confirmation of its payment by the Bank to the Online Store.

If you transfer your personal data to the Bank in order for the Bank to verify the proper performance of the contracts concluded with the Online Store, in particular to ensure the protection of the interests of payers in connection with their complaints, the provision of such data is required in order to enable the performance of the contract concluded between the Online Store and the Bank.

If you transfer your personal data to Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. in connection with the possibility of proposing to you to pay the price for the goods or services purchased by Twisto Polska sp. z o.o. as part of an order agreement including the purchase formula "Buy with Twisto" and making this formula available through the Online Store, providing these data and processing them for this purpose is required in connection with the business model adopted by the Online Store and in order to implement the contract concluded between the Online Store and Twisto Polska Sp. z o.o.

XIV FINAL PROVISIONS

1.Amendments to the regulations shall enter into force after it has been accepted by the current Users of the Store who are Consumers (for which benefits are made). Such user must accept the amendments to the Regulations by sending acceptance in response to the information about the change of the Regulations with the acceptance of the new text of the Regulations. The User has the possibility to withdraw from the contract, its immediate termination in case of non-acceptance of the amended Regulations.
2.Changes to the regulations will not in any way affect the rights acquired users using the online store www.dombud.eu before the effective date of the changes, in particular will not affect the orders placed and/or executed. In this case, these contracts will be carried out on the basis of the existing ones.
3.Acceptance of the terms and conditions in full with the changes made is a condition for continued use of the Store.
4.The Administrator reserves the right to temporarily completely disable the operation of the Store in order to improve it, add services or carry out maintenance, without prior to the Users, however, this will not affect the execution of the previously placed order by the User.
5.The User may at any time cancel the services provided electronically by the Store (e.g. user account) without incurring any additional costs and without indicating the reasons.
6.Termination of the contract can be made by sending an appropriate statement to the e-mail address: dombud@dombud.eu The Agreement will be terminated within 1 working day from the moment of receipt by the Store of the termination.
7.The Store may terminate the contract with 7 days' notice in case the User provides unlawful content.
8.Termination and termination of the contract does not in any way affect the acquired rights of Customers using the Store.
9. For matters not governed by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product shall apply in particular.

10.Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer, who is a Consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, will be settled by the ordinary court competent in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

11.Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer, who is not a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, will be settled by the ordinary court competent for the store's registered office.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall apply from 15.03.2016.
