Permuro GT primer is a preparation based on acrylic dispersion and mineral fillers, designed for proper preparation of the substrate for acrylic plastering masses PERMURO (ie. PERMURO, PERMURO AVANT, PERMURO CHORD, PERMURO ROLL PLASTER AND PERMURO W). It is used to prime all typical building substrates outside and inside buildings and reinforced in the therm reno** and KABE THERM CHORD** KABE system. It is used both on mineral substrates (e.g. concrete, cement plaster and cement-lime plaster) and on substrates covered with a well-bound plastic-based paint coating. In the case of newly made mineral sub-deposits, it is possible to use the preparation after only 2 weeks of seasoning

How to use:

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE: The substrate must be supportive (without cracks and cracks), degreased, even and dry and free from stains and eruptions of biological and chemical origin. In case of algal and/or fungal lichen, the substrate should be cleaned mechanically and then washed off with water and de-ed with ALGIZID. Any loose, non-substrate layers (e.g. uncoated plasters or exfoliated coatings) must be removed. Wash and de-clean old and/or dirty substrates with water with CLEANFORCE. In a situation where the unevenness of the substrate is significant (from 5 to 15 mm), the wall should be pre-aligned with compensatory mortar, and then the entire surface is scheduling with adhesive-putty mortar KOMBI. With smaller bumps (up to 5 mm), the substrate can be immediately aligned and smoothed with KOMBI adhesive-filler mortar. Absorbent substrates should be primed with BUDOGRUNT ZG (outdoor) / BUDOGRUNT WG (indoor) before applying the mortars and/or putty mortars. When applying the preparation to newly made mineral substrates (e.g. concrete, cement plaster and cement-lime plaster) keep min. 2-week seasoning period. Before applying the preparation in the insulation system KABE THERM RENO and KABE THERM AKORD, it is necessary to make the backing layers of the system according to the technology of the complex thermal insulation system of the external walls of buildings - ETICS. The preparation can be applied only after complete drying of the reinforced layer, which under normal conditions occurs after about 3-4 days.

PREPARATION OF THE PREPARATION: The packaging contains a product ready for use. The preparation must not be diluted.

APPLICATION: Apply the product to the substrate with a brush or paint roller.

DRYING: The seasoning period of the preparation applied to the substrate before applying the plaster is approx. 10 000 m2. 24 hours. Protect the newly applied coating from precipitation and moisture condensation until it dries completely. Enclosed spaces should be ventilated after priming.

EXECUTIVE GUIDELINES: When applying and drying the preparation should be rainless weather with air temperature above +5°C. Low temperature and high humidity can cause slower drying-out of the preparation. Allow the plastering mass to be applied until the primer has completely dried. Immediately after completion of the work of the tool should be washed with water. Avoid working on directly sunny surfaces and in strong winds. In order to protect the unseen layer of the preparation from the harmful effects of weather ingress, it is recommended to use suitable protective nets on scaffolds.
